2. Handcrafted Products & Natural Variations
Kargha celebrates genuine Indian artisanal craft, handloom weaving, crochet, and handmade decor. Because our products are made by skilled human hands:
- Subtle variations in weave, knotting, texture, stitch density, and dimensions (within ±5%) are natural characteristics of handcrafted work.
- Color tones may vary slightly due to device screen calibration, photography lighting, or natural batch dye lots.
- These subtle nuances are authentic hallmarks of artisanal originality and are not considered manufacturing defects.
3. Pricing, Orders & Acceptance
All product prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise prices or cancel orders in the rare event of technical pricing inaccuracies, catalog errors, or unexpected inventory shortages. If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be processed promptly.
4. Payments & Security
We use industry-standard, encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (including Razorpay, UPI, Net Banking, and Debit/Credit Cards). Kargha does not store your sensitive financial information (such as CVV or card numbers). Cash on Delivery (COD) may be subject to geographic availability and order verification.
