1. Order Processing Time
All verified orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays). Handcrafted and custom-finished items undergo a stringent quality check before leaving our studio to ensure authentic artisan perfection.

3. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery
Shipping charges are dynamically calculated at the time of checkout based on order value, weight, and delivery destination:
- Free Delivery: We offer FREE shipping on qualifying orders above our current promotional threshold (as reflected live on your cart and checkout page).
- Standard Orders: A nominal flat delivery fee is applied to orders below the free-shipping threshold to cover logistical handling.
- Transparent Pricing: The exact shipping fee is transparently displayed before payment; there are zero hidden surcharges.
4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your parcel is dispatched from our fulfillment center, you will receive an email and SMS containing your Airway Bill (AWB) number and a live tracking link. You can track your shipment step-by-step until it safely reaches your door.
5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts at your shipping address. If delivery fails due to incorrect contact details, inaccessible premises, or recipient unavailability, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse (RTO). In such cases, re-shipping may incur standard reshipment charges.
6. Damaged Parcel on Delivery
If you receive a package that appears crushed, torn, or tampered with, please do not accept the package or take photos of the outer box before opening. Report it to support@kargha.in within 48 hours for immediate assistance.
