2. Currency & Pricing
All prices listed on Kargha are in Indian Rupees (₹ INR). The prices displayed on product pages include all applicable GST taxes. Any applicable delivery charges are clearly displayed on your cart summary before final payment.
3. Payment Security & Encryption
Our online payments are powered by PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateway partners (including Razorpay). Your payment card data is directly tokenized and verified through your bank's secure One-Time Password (OTP) or 3D Secure protocol.
4. Failed or Incomplete Transactions
In rare cases where an amount is debited from your bank account but your order is not confirmed due to a connection drop or technical glitch:
- Banks typically auto-reverse such charges within 24 to 48 business hours.
- If the amount does not reflect back within 3 working days, share your bank transaction reference ID with us at support@kargha.in and our finance team will resolve it promptly.
5. Fraud Prevention
To protect our patrons, Kargha reserves the right to verify or cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity or unauthorized payment attempts.
