Yes, absolutely! Every single piece in our collection — including our popular crochet bag charms, baby booties, soft toys, and home accessories — is delicately hand-knitted and crocheted by skilled Indian artisans. Because they are handcrafted, each piece is unique and made with the utmost love and precision.

We offer FREE Delivery on all orders of ₹500 or above across India! For orders below ₹500, a standard shipping fee of ₹70 is applied.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your delivery location. You will receive tracking updates as soon as your order is on its way.

We accept a wide range of safe and secure payment options:
  • Online Payments via Razorpay: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), and Netbanking across all major Indian banks.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across serviceable pin codes in India. Pay cash or UPI directly to the courier executive upon receiving your package.

We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery. Please contact our support team with photos of the item, and we will arrange a reverse pickup and issue a refund or replacement promptly.

You can easily view and print/download your official GST invoice anytime! Simply log into your account, visit My Orders, and click on "View Invoice" next to any of your placed orders.

To keep your handcrafted crochet items in top condition:
  • Hand wash gently in cold water using a mild detergent or wool wash.
  • Do not wring or twist. Gently press out excess water with a clean towel.
  • Lay flat in shade to air dry. Do not tumble dry or bleach.
